a second take on the peplum- boyfriend jean look. it is so hot here in FL that boyfriend jeans are a godsend.  loose nought to let air flow through. with a sleeveless cropped peplum top, i'm ready for class.

so i am follower of the blog love aesthetics and she had posted a diy of a truly awesome faux leather top and this was me doing my damnedest to make one. i love the boxiness of it and it just felt right to pair it with jeans in order to dress it down. my neon bag like my denim jacket just seems to make everything look better..obsessed.

these hotties from zara sold out so fast it made me want to cry. i thought i'd visit the site one more time yesterday in an effort to abate my pain from losing out on these bad asses only to find that they magically reappeared on the site and had 3 more left in my size...i quickly scooped a pair up of course.

mesh tops can turn stripper really quickly, the best way to avoid this (that i have found) is to make sure my belly button is covered by my skirt, shorts...whatever bottom garment i am wearing. love the pop of neon on this outfit. you can see a tiny bit of my mesh shirt peeking out the bottom of my skirt.

i know it seems like i am obsessed with this jacket and well..that's because i am. so brava in noticing that. it just seems to make everything feel '90's better'. this skirt from zara is such a wonderful color. i am slowly working color into my closet and i started with orange, so now i have whole bunch of black, some white and a spatter of orange..no regrets. the skirt has is a cool take on the mesh see-through skirts that were so popular, instead of see-through mesh, it is sort of a net. a great way to add texture.

the leopard makes a statement on it's own so i decided to remove the cuffs from the lat picture and leave it looking simpler. i have on my pony hair leopard loafers from topshop, i thought it might be different and maybe even a little better then wearing my black loafers.
