I've totally done this exact outfit before! It's been a while, but I love it. I have the sleeveless turtleneck crop top from American Apparel, and I have the same exact style of shorts from H&M, but with a daisy print that SCREAMS 90s...so I had to have them. I'm wearing them right now, actually :) Cute, cute look!
